Connecting Singapore's immunologists.
The Singaporean Society for Immunology links immunologists across institutions, supporting research collaboration and the advancement of immunology in Singapore and beyond.
Our mission
SgSI was set up to bring together immunologists from different organisations — universities, research institutes, hospitals, and industry — under one platform. We promote the exchange of ideas, support early-career researchers, and represent Singapore's immunology community internationally.
What we do
- Organise the SgSI Annual Symposium, now in its 16th year.
- Run hands-on training such as the SgSI–SingFlow Flow Cytometry Workshop.
- Award travel fellowships to support young scientists attending conferences.
- Connect members with immunological societies around the world.
Affiliations
SgSI maintains ties with immunological societies internationally and continues to grow its network of regional and global partners.
Leadership
The society is run by an elected council of immunologists from across Singapore's institutions.
